We don't take orders online presently.

6. Returns and Refunds

No Retention charged on rooms until cancelled 90 days or less before date of travel.

Within 90-30 days : 25% Retention charged on number of rooms cancelled.

Within 30 – 15 days : 50% Retention charged on number of rooms cancelled.

Within 15- 0 days : 75% retention will be charged on total number of rooms booked.

Please note that the Safari charges are completely non-refundabledable as they are managed through Forest Department who do not ofer any refund on cancellat

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued at our earliest, within the processing time as cleared by the Reserve Bank of India and the Government of India

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, services, or Website.

13. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Refund of 50% of total invoice amount, on cancellation between 180-150 days before the original arrival date.

• Refund of 25% of total invoice amount, on cancellation between 150 – 60  days before the original arrival date.

• No refund on cancellation less than 60 days before the original arrival date.

• Please note that the Safari charges are coetely non-refundable as they are managed through Forest Department who do not offer any refund on cancellation
